A high-strength exfoliating solution formulated with 30% Alpha Hydroxy Acids (Glycolic, Lactic, Tartaric, Citric) and 2% Beta Hydroxy Acid (Salicylic Acid), supported by Hyaluronic Acid Crosspolymer, Vitamin B5, Black Carrot, and Tasmanian Pepperberry.

THE ORDINARY AHA 30% + BHA 2% PEELING SOLUTION
This powerful treatment combines AHAs, which gently resurface the outer layer of the skin for a brighter and more even look, with BHAs, which penetrate deeper to unclog pores and target congestion. Together, the 32% acid blend provides an intensive exfoliation that helps refine skin texture, reduce visible blemishes, and promote a radiant, smoother complexion over time. With consistent use, it also helps minimize the appearance of fine lines.

The formula includes a derivative of Tasmanian Pepperberry to calm irritation often linked with acid use. Since it is plant-derived, its color may vary seasonally, and this variation may occasionally be seen in the product. To further support the skin, it is enriched with Hyaluronic Acid Crosspolymer for hydration and comfort, Vitamin B5 to aid skin repair, and Black Carrot as an antioxidant boost.

⚠️ This solution has a very high concentration of free acids and should only be used by those already accustomed to acid exfoliation. It is not recommended for sensitive, peeling, or compromised skin.

• pH Level: ~3.6

• Key science: Glycolic Acid (the main AHA here) has a pKa of 3.6. Since the pH of this solution closely matches the pKa, it ensures an effective balance between activity and tolerance, delivering results while minimizing (but not eliminating) irritation risk. Interestingly, making such a formula less acidic (with a higher pH) could actually increase irritation, rather than reduce it.

Important: Always follow with broad-spectrum sun protection during the day when using this formula and for a week after, as exfoliating acids can increase sun sensitivity.
